By using the services of Flamvoro Aqua Fitness Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Membership and Services

Membership Requirements

• Members must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• All members must complete a membership agreement and waiver
• Payment must be current to access facilities and services
• Members must follow all facility rules and safety guidelines

Class Participation

• Class reservations may be required for certain programs
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
• Late arrivals may be denied entry to ensure class safety
• Appropriate swimwear is required for all aqua fitness classes

Facility Rules and Safety

Pool Safety

• No diving in shallow areas
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Follow all posted safety signs and instructions
• Report any injuries or incidents immediately to staff

General Facility Rules

• Respect other members and staff at all times
• Proper attire required in all areas
• No photography or video recording without permission
• Food and beverages are restricted to designated areas

Payment and Billing

Membership fees are due monthly in advance. Late fees may apply for overdue payments. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for non-payment.

Cancellation Policy

• 30-day written notice required for membership cancellation
• Refunds are not provided for unused portions of membership
• Class packages expire one year from purchase date

Liability and Assumption of Risk

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that physical exercise and use of fitness equipment involves inherent risks. You assume all responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.

Health Considerations

• Consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program
• Inform instructors of any physical limitations or concerns
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain or discomfort
• We are not responsible for providing medical advice

All content on our website and in our materials, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Flamvoro Aqua Fitness Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
